Why it's a good idea to mix your own drinks

When you get your own drinks, you are in control of how much alcohol you are getting in each drink. You also know that nobody is being a joker by slipping something into your drink "just for fun." If you hold your drink in your hand rather than set it down, you also keep control of what you are drinking.
